The Celestial Earth team attended PHDCCI’s 119th Annual Conference 2024

Ms. Jigyasa Gambhir and Ms. Sayanee Das from Team TCE attended the 119th Annual Session of PHDCCI in 2024, which happened on 10th October at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, from 9.30 am. 

The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Shri Amit Shah, Minister of Home Affairs, who outlined India’s aspirations to become the world’s third-largest economy by 2027 and achieve developed nation status by 2047. He also discussed the country’s recent milestones, business development initiatives, and challenges that need attention.

Sunil Kant Munjal, Chairman of Hero Enterprise, and Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Founder and Executive Vice Chairman of Info Edge India, spoke next, focusing on the factors needed for India’s progress. They emphasized the importance of embracing globalization, advancing technology, promoting women’s empowerment, and ensuring that businesses comply with ESG standards. They highlighted the role of digital transformation and improving working environments to enhance employee productivity, with industries such as food and beverage, AI, and entertainment expected to see significant growth in 2025.

The event concluded with the valedictory session by Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of Law and Justice, who expressed confidence in India’s trajectory toward becoming a leading global power. The session ended with the distribution of awards.
