The Gurugram City Climate Action Plan was presented by The Celestial Earth at the DC office under the chairmanship of Sh. P. Raghavendar Rao IAS (Retd.), Chairman, Haryana State Pollution Board, on August 1, 2023, with different government departments seeking feedback for the Climate Action Plan.
