Job Title: Manager
Work profile:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at The Celestial Earth located in Gurugram. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing sustainable development projects, managing international partnerships, conducting research on clean technologies, and implementing strategies for technology diffusion. Additionally, the Manager will work closely with stakeholders to promote environmental and social development initiatives.
Qualifications and responsibilities:
- Project Management, Research, and Strategic Planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in international collaboration and partnership management
- Expertise in handling projects related to climate change and sustainability, ecosystem service valuation, carbon sequestration calculation and carbon market and ESG
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science / Climate change / Energy management/resource Economics
- Proficiency in additional languages and GIS application is a must
Minimum 5 years of experience
Remuneration: As per Market Rate
Duration: As per contract

Job Title: Intern
Work profile:
This is an internship role at The Celestial Earth, located in Gurugram. We are seeking two enthusiastic interns to join our Energy and Power Systems team. This is a three-month internship program at The Celestial Earth, with the possibility of extension based on performance. An adequate stipend will be provided as per the market standard. We are seeking candidates who are available to join immediately. (Master’s degree in Energy or Electrical/other engineering-related field)
Qualifications and responsibilities:
- Research and Analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of research methodologies
- Pursuing or completing a degree in Energy or any engineering field
Remuneration: As per Market Rate
Duration: 3 Months
